Chick out Southeast Asia on your plate! Made in small batches, our all natural handcrafted chickpea dumpling is simmered with coconut milk, cauliflower, curry, and spices. Each globally flavored dumpling is hand wrapped  in a thin wheat wrapper.

We never use canned chickpeas in our dumplings!  We soak dried chickpeas in water for 24 hours and then carefully chop them to the right consistency to retain texture. Then we steam them and blend them with coconut milk, curry, spices, carrots and more. Each Asulia fusion dumpling is free of MSG, corn syrup or anything you can’t pronounce. Our handcrafted fusion dumplings are individually filled with nutrient dense ingredients. Asulia dumplings are nontraditional and have nice a crunchy outside. Box of 7-8 pieces.

Chickpeas are high in fiber and protein. Each serving of 3 dumplings includes:

  • 2 – 3 vegetable servings
  • 3 grams of fiber
  • 4 grams of protein
  • 140 calories (47 per dumpling)
  • no trans fat
  • low glycemic index

Cooking Instructions

Heat in oven at 350 °F for 12-15 minutes or on a skillet until an internal temperature of 165 °F is reached. No added oil need. Enjoy the crispy outside and delicious inside filled with vegetables and spices! Have them for lunch, dinner, or appetizer.
