Shiitake Kale Dumplings

 

Kalefully handcrafted and made in small batches. Our all natural handcrafted kale dumplings are packed with veggies rich in fiber, nutrients, and taste! Each globally flavored dumpling is hand wrapped in a thin wheat wrapper and is free of MSG, corn syrup or anything you can’t pronounce the name of.  Asulia dumplings are nontraditional and have nice a crunchy outside. Box of 7-8 pieces.

Kale is a superfood. It’s high in vitamins A, C, and K plant-based omega-3 ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) and is linked to health benefits like lowering the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Plus, kale has more calcium than milk! We mix kale with freshly chopped red and white cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, spices, onions, ginger and garlic to craft a medley of green goodness that sings in your mouth.  Each serving of 3 dumplings includes:

  • 2 – 3 vegetable servings
  • 2 grams of fiber
  • 3 grams of protein
  • 110 calories (just 37 per dumpling)
  • no trans fat
  • low glycemic index

Cooking Instructions

Heat in oven at 350 °F for 12-15 minutes or on a skillet until an internal temperature of 165 °F is reached. No added oil need. Enjoy the crispy outside and delicious inside filled with vegetables and spices! Have them for lunch, dinner, or appetizer.
